Banquets in Astana at Dio Grand Café
Dio Grand Café is a restaurant in the heart of Astana at Saraysik Street 34V. For celebrations we have three private rooms on the second floor — for 10–12, 16–18 and up to 32 guests — plus the main hall with an open kitchen and a seasonal terrace. We host birthdays, anniversaries, corporate parties, business breakfasts and private dinners; rooms can be combined for larger events.

First Floor
Summer Terrace
Spacious terrace with soft furniture, sliding roof and opening facade. Operates from April to October. Perfect for buffets, parties and summer outdoor dining.

Grand Café Hall
Main restaurant hall with open kitchen, bar and wood-fired pizza oven. Bright place with live fire and welcoming atmosphere.
Second Floor
Gorgon Hall
Lounge hall with soft furniture, allowed smoky cocktails. DJ plays on weekends. Can be combined with Hercules Hall.
Capacity: Up to 32 people
Hercules Hall
Bright hall with panoramic windows and karaoke system. Suitable for private dinners, banquets and small parties. Can be combined with Gorgon Hall.
Capacity: 16-18 people
Dionysus Hall
Cozy private hall with large table and karaoke system. Perfect for friendly dinners, business meetings or family events.
Capacity: 10-12 people

Buffet or cocktail reception
The Gorgon lounge or, in season (April–October), the terrace — for a buffet or a party.
Children's party
A child's birthday in a separate room; we tailor the menu and entertainment to the guests' age.
Banquet menu
We serve set menus, sharing dishes or a buffet. The banquet menu has sets for groups of 6–8: meat and fish platters, smoked leg of lamb, beef Wellington, brisket, farm chicken roulade and salmon pie. Dishes from the main menu can be added; we take allergies and dietary needs into account.

Banquet FAQ
How many guests do the banquet rooms hold?
The Dionysus room seats 10–12 guests, the Hercules room 16–18 and the Gorgon lounge up to 32. Gorgon and Hercules can be combined. For larger events we use the main hall and, in season, the terrace; capacity depends on the seating plan.
Which room suits a birthday for 15 people?
The Hercules room for 16–18 guests, with panoramic windows and karaoke. For 10–12 guests, the cosy Dionysus room with a large table and karaoke; for up to 32, the Gorgon lounge.
How much does a banquet cost?
It depends on the room, date, number of guests and menu. Prices of the banquet sets are in the banquet menu on this site; our manager will send an exact quote after a short chat on WhatsApp or by phone.
Can we bring our own cake or drinks?
Yes, this is agreed when you book. Our manager will tell you the terms for your room and date.
Is there karaoke and music?
The Hercules and Dionysus rooms have karaoke. A DJ plays in the Gorgon lounge at weekends. A host and live music can be arranged on request.
Do you work with companies?
Yes. We host corporate events, business breakfasts and presentations, accept payment by invoice and provide closing documents (AVR and ESF).
